Great American Smokeout!
Full Description:
The Great American Smokeout takes place this Thursday, November 16th! Quit kits have been distributed to 17 Chester County Libraries through Thursday. There will also be pledge walls inside the libraries were people can sign their names and agree to quit smoking for the event. The hope is they will quit for a lifetime. The kits provide brochures, and flyers on local cessation services, candy and little aids to help individuals get through the day without smoking. Phoenixville Public Library is taking part in this day.
